National developer Dominium is moving forward with a multi-family housing development after securing a 27.7-acre site. Anchor at Gulf Harbors will comprise 388 residences in a five-story building.
Construction is expected to start soon on the Kelson Apartments, a multi-family housing complex in Lake Nona. The venture’s expected to yield 342 residences divided amongst 19 buildings. They span 691 to 1,387 square feet each, offering future residents flexible layouts and various furnishings.
New York-based Kushner Co. has a 5.7-acre site in Broward County under contract from 58 Oak LLC and 4220 N 58th Avenue Partners LLC. There, it hopes to build Hollywood Oaks, an eight-story mixed-use venture.
