La Maré is a luxury housing development unfolding in the Bay Harbor Islands. The Class A development will offer 42 condos and penthouses.
La Maré will comprise two buildings, per the Real Deal. The first (called the “Regency Collection”) will measure eight stories and offer 33 residences. These homes will come with deep soaking tubs, imported cabinetry, and other high-end finishes. These units range from $1.4 million to $5.8 million.
The second tower (called the “Signature Collection”) will offer just nine homes in an eight-story building. These homes range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans, measuring 2,200 square feet to 4,300 square feet each. They cost $2.9 million to $6.3 million.
Residential amenities at large include a fitness center, pool deck, residents-only lounge, and storage space. There is also a 69-spot parking garage and boat slips. Kobi Karp is the architect. Conceptual renderings show high-rise waterfront towers that bring in natural light. Debora Aguiar is the interior designer, and Regency Development is the developer.
La Maré’s Regency Collection is slated for a 2025 completion. It will be located at 9927 East Bay Harbor Drive. The Signature Collection is planned for a late 2024 completion, and its address will be 9781 East Bay Harbor Drive. They’re both located in Miami-Dade County, FL.
