Designed by URBN Design and developed by Naranja 5 LLC, the property is addressed as 26750 South Dixie Highway, near the intersection with SW 168th Street in Naranja. The proposal calls for the construction of a 2,780-square-foot commercial building with a drive-thru on a 0.84-acre parcel of land.
The structure should rise to nearly 18-feet in height, though only a single story, as per usual for fast food chains and will be located within the Naranja Urban Center District. Naranja 5 LLC owns 3 parcels of land with a combined square footage of 32,848, but the restaurant will only occupy about 8% of the total lot area.
