The Avenue Hotel & Residences Coral Gables is no ordinary project; it’s a Parisian-inspired mixed-use venture headed for Miami-Dade County. Our sources indicate that Roger Development Group is prepared to break ground on the multi-million-dollar project in early November, and what’s more, the community is more than 65 percent leased, according to Miami Condo Investments.
The Avenue Hotel & Residences Coral Gables is an eight-story mid-rise tower featuring 48 residences. The South Florida Business Journal reports that condos measure 598 to 1,200 square feet and come fully furnished. There will also be six retail condos on the ground floor, all of which have been sold.
The remaining units cost $730,000 to $1.3 million each. Communal amenities at the Avenue Hotel & Residences Coral Gables include a summer kitchen, swimming pool deck, and family dining area. The community itself is a stone’s throw away from the Shops at Merrick Park, which offers a host of dining options and other commercial ventures.
Bermello Ajamil & Partners is the architect. Thornton Construction Co. is the general contractor. The Avenue Hotel & Residences Coral Gables will be located on an 11,000-square-foot lot at 351 San Lorenzo Avenue, Coral Gables, FL, 33146, in Miami-Dade County.
