Winmar Construction Begins Foundation Pour For The Avenue Coral Gables Hotel & Residences

Winmar Construction has initiated the foundation pour for The Avenue Hotel & Residences Coral Gables, a project developed by Roger Development Group. This Coral Gables-based, family-owned real estate development and management company is led by President & CEO Oscar Roger, Sr., alongside CFO Oscar Roger, Jr., who joined the company in 2013 and continues the family tradition of development and real estate services in Florida and internationally. The development, designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners and inspired by the City of Light, comprises an eight-story building with 48 residences and a dynamic mix of ground-floor retail spaces. Developers Propose Massive Mixed-Use Projects To Replace College Station Garage In Downtown Miami

In the summer of 2021, the Miami Parking Authority (MPA) received an unsolicited proposal for the redevelopment of the College Station Garage at 190 Northeast 3rd Street in Downtown Miami. Following the unsolicited proposal, the MPA requested public bids for the site and received proposals from College Station Partners LLC, a joint venture between Miami-based developers Related Group (Related) and ROVR Development (ROVR), and from Terra International Services LLC, a joint venture between Terra Group (Terra) and Apollo Global Management (Apollo). Both ventures are proposing to build massive mixed-use projects, and as of January 19, 2022. the MPA has ranked the proposal from Related and ROVR as the top bid ahead of Terra and Apollo. The MPA will consider a 99-year land lease and development agreement for the replacement of 1,439-space garage, which was built in 1973 and stands 7-stories.

GFS Corp To Redevelop 1.86-Acre Site In North Miami Beach With Two 28-Story Mixed-Use Towers

Applications have been filed with the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of North Miami Beach for NMB Place, two 28-story mixed-use buildings at 1959 – 1999 Northeast 164th Street in Fulford. Designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners and developed by GFS Corp, plans for the development include 1,219,643 square feet of new construction between twin 315-foot-tall towers including up to 700 residential units, 11,540 square feet of retail space, 6,810 square feet of office space and 957 parking spaces across 1.86-acres of land. GFS Corp is reportedly under contract to purchase the 78,363-square-foot site from NBMPlace LLC and TFH Grp LLC, which is located between Northeast 19th and 20th Avenues with South Glades Drive on the north, and just three blocks west of Biscayne Boulevard.
