The City of Pompano Beach could soon give the green light to Indigo Pompano Beach, a mixed-use project bordering the area formerly known as the Isle Casino Pompano Beach. Our sources note that the first phase could yield 417 residences.
The South Florida Business Journal notes that the project would host nine buildings measuring two to five stories above grade. Homes would range from 619 square feet to 1,515 square feet, offering studios to three-bedroom layout plans.
The apartments’ first phase will rest on a 12.8-acre site, and they’ll be under the Atlantic Residential multi-family brand. The Atlanta-based organization has other residential projects in the works for West Palm Beach and Palmetto Bay.
Communal amenities at Indigo Pompano Beach could include a 9,090-square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, and club room. Outdoor amenities could comprise a swimming pool, dog park, and pickleball court, along with 638 parking spots.
Palmetto Bay-based Bizi Architecture & Planners is the architect. Michael Amodio is representing the developer’s application. Cordish Cos. Is the developer, and as noted, it’s partnered with Atlantic Residential.
At this time, we don’t know the project’s exact address. However, it will be located on the premises of Live! at the Pomp and Harrah’s Pompano Beach casino.
