Kaeleigh’s Crossing is a build-to-rent community unfolding in Jacksonville, FL. But just what is it?
The residential complex will offer 79 units, some of which came online in October of this year. Construction is ongoing on the remaining units, with full completion slated for April 2024. Per Multi-Housing News, Kaeleigh’s Crossing offers homes measuring 1,711 square feet to 1,975 square feet.
Residences include two-bedroom to four-bedroom homes. They come outfitted with stainless steel appliances, designer wood cabinets, and modern countertops. Residents also have access to a smartphone app that lets them pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and get homeowner’s association information.
ARK Homes For Rent is the developer. Kaeleigh’s Crossing is its latest development, and it’s across the street from an existing ARK property. The developer has many other properties in Alabama and North Carolina. The organization plans to invest more than $2 billion in single-family rentals and build-to-rent communities.
At this time, we don’t have an exact address for Kaeleigh’s Crossing. Yet, we know that it’s located in Jacksonville’s Settlers Landing neighborhood. The community itself offers easy access to many of the area’s major stores, including Walmart, Publix, and Target.
It’s also near one of the area’s major employers: the Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
