National real estate development firm Continuum Company, in partnership with Aksoy Holdings, the Turkish developer behind The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum, has unveiled the Continuum Club & Residences. This new luxury bayfront condominium is in Miami’s North Bay Village and is set to rise at 1755 79th Street Causeway. The project marks the introduction of Continuum 2.0 – the second-ever Continuum branded residence. It is the latest addition to the Miami portfolio of visionary developer Ian Bruce Eichner, recognized in South Florida for his influential role in developing the iconic Continuum South Beach and transforming the South of Fifth neighborhood.

The development will offer 198 residences, featuring a range of beautifully designed one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes and penthouses, priced from just under $1 million. Rising to 32 stories, this curvaceous structure will house residences varying from 800 to 4,000 square feet. Residents will enjoy access to coveted views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, Indian Creek, and Downtown Miami.

“We see North Bay Village as we once saw South of Fifth, brimming with tremendous growth potential,” said Ian Bruce Eichner, Chairman and CEO of Continuum Company. “We’re excited to pioneer another neighborhood evolution. Our optimism for North Bay Village drives our dedication to usher in a new era for this community. With its stunning views, beach and mainland access, and private island community, choosing this location for our second Continuum-branded project was an easy decision.”

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing brokerage for Continuum Club & Residences, with Phil Gutman providing advisory services to the developer. Also referred to as Continuum 2.0, this enhanced project is located on the last undeveloped island community in Biscayne Bay. It offers convenient access to Miami’s beautiful beaches, upscale shopping districts, Michelin-star dining, golf courses, beach clubs, and some of South Florida’s top-rated schools. North Bay Village is also poised to host the official training facility for the Argentina Football Association (AFA), an initiative invigorated by Lionel Messi’s involvement.

The residences blend style with functionality, boasting best-in-class kitchens with state-of-the-art Subzero/Wolf integrated appliances, custom European cabinetry, a culinary island, and quartz countertops. The primary baths in these residences will feature marble stone flooring, dual rainfall showerheads with water views, arched mirrors, and Dornbracht fittings.

  1. What… No countdown? Outside of NYC, Miami is where the biggest construction boom is happening so it would be great to see a ranking of the top 31.

Maybe it’s actually a bigger boom than NYC?

  2. This developer did not treat owners fairly on monthly HOA fees in the Continuum South Tower. Never had any legal recourse either.
