After topping off Fourteen Allapattah Residences in Miami, Neology Development Group is one step closer to completing its latest project. The $70 million venture started construction in November 2022, with JAXI Builders, Behar Font Architects, and designBAR on the development team.
Upon completion, the community will offer two buildings: one tower measuring 14 stories and another building measuring five stories. Fourteen Allapattah Residences will offer 237 homes, ranging from 450 to 1,000 square feet, per Multi-Housing News.
Floorplans vary from studios to two-bedroom units. Residences come outfitted with in-unit washers/dryers and integrated smart home technology. Communal amenities include a dog wash area and park, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, co-working spaces, and smart package lockers.
The homes are just one part of the largest Fourteen Allapattah Residences vision. According to SFBW, there will also be 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Neology Development Group hopes to have the project online in 2024. This is the organization’s third “lifestyle-riven residential community.”
Fourteen Allapattah Residences is located at 1470 NW 36th Street, Miami, Florida, 33142, in Miami-Dade County. The community offers easy access to the nearby Allapattah Metrorail Station, along with the Brightline rail station. It’s south of Florida State Road 112.
