Continuum Company has expanded its presence in North Bay Village by acquiring Shuckers Waterfront Bar & Grill and Best Western On The Bay Inn & Marina (now known as North Bay Inn Miami) at 1819 and 1855 79th Street Causeway. This acquisition, supported by a $67.5 million loan from Longline Financial, extends Continuum’s waterfront footprint to 4.5 acres, adjacent to its latest development, Continuum Club & Residences. The restaurant and hotel will remain operational.

Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors curated by Pagani Arte – the newly established, Made in Italy interior design division, conceived by the founder of Pagani Automobili – the 28-story development aims to feature a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, and entertainment spaces for 70 all-corner residences.

This new luxury bayfront condominium is in Miami’s North Bay Village and is set to rise at 1755 79th Street Causeway. North Bay Village has given the green light to Miami-based Riviera Horizons for a 26-story condominium development designed by Revuelta Architecture International. In a unanimous decision, the Village Commission approved the project on a 0.77-acre property at 7938 and 7940 West Drive on September 29. The proposed development is set to feature a collection of 70 luxurious condominiums, each designed as corner units to offer captivating waterfront views. These residences will range from a comfortable 2,000 square feet with two bedrooms to a sprawling 6,850 square feet with four bedrooms. The larger units will boast private roof terraces with pools and hot tubs.

Miami-based developer Shoma Group has unveiled new renderings of Shoma Bay, a 24-story mixed-use building planned at 1850 79th Street Causeway (John F. Kennedy Causeway) in the waterfront community of North Bay Village. Designed by MSA Architects with interiors by Adriana Hoyos, the development will comprise 333 residential units, a 35,037-square-foot Publix, and 6,325 square feet of retail space, which includes a rooftop lounge and Shoma Bazaar food hall. The pedestrian-friendly destination is located at 79th Street Causeway and East Treasure Drive near all major highways and various shops and dining options.

Developer Seeks Shoreline Approval For 30-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 1755 Kennedy Causeway In North Bay Village

B Developments under the LGE NBV, LLC filed an application with Miami-Dade County for a shoreline review at 1755 Kennedy Causeway in North Bay Village. The developer is planning a 340-foot-tall mixed-use building designed by Arquitectonica that would stand 30 stories and directly front Biscayne Bay. Plans calls for 473,252 square feet of space including 201 residential units with 32,654 square feet of amenities, a 19,455-square-foot space for a restaurant with a waterfront terrace, a 1,860-square-foot juice bar/coffee bar on the ground floor, 52,358 square feet of office space and a parking structure incorporated into the podium with 408 parking spaces. ArquitectonicaGEO is the landscape architect with Kimley-Horn as the civil engineer.
