Shoma Group Reveals New Look And Updated Project Plans For 24-Story Shoma Bay In North Bay Village

Miami-based developer Shoma Group has unveiled new renderings of Shoma Bay, a 24-story mixed-use building planned at 1850 79th Street Causeway (John F. Kennedy Causeway) in the waterfront community of North Bay Village. Designed by MSA Architects with interiors by Adriana Hoyos,  the development will comprise 333 residential units, a 35,037-square-foot Publix, and 6,325 square feet of retail space, which includes a rooftop lounge and Shoma Bazaar food hall. The pedestrian-friendly destination is located at 79th Street Causeway and East Treasure Drive near all major highways and various shops and dining options.

Developer Seeks Shoreline Approval For 30-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 1755 Kennedy Causeway In North Bay Village

B Developments under the LGE NBV, LLC filed an application with Miami-Dade County for a shoreline review at 1755 Kennedy Causeway in North Bay Village. The developer is planning a 340-foot-tall mixed-use building designed by Arquitectonica that would stand 30 stories and directly front Biscayne Bay. Plans calls for 473,252 square feet of space including 201 residential units with 32,654 square feet of amenities, a 19,455-square-foot space for a restaurant with a waterfront terrace, a 1,860-square-foot juice bar/coffee bar on the ground floor, 52,358 square feet of office space and a parking structure incorporated into the podium with 408 parking spaces. ArquitectonicaGEO is the landscape architect with Kimley-Horn as the civil engineer.

Miami-based developer Shoma Group is excited to announce Shoma Bay, a 2.8-acre mixed-use development in the thriving waterfront community of North Bay Village. Anchored by a 36,068-square-foot Publix, the project will boast a 21-story, 327-unit luxury apartment community and 6,315 square feet of retail space including a rooftop lounge and a Shoma Bazaar food hall.
