7918 West Drive is planned for a 2025 completion in North Bay Village. The 21-story high-rise will offer 54 residences, with construction having started in March 2023.
According to the South Florida Business Journal, the venture will offer condos measuring 1,677 square feet to 7,086 square feet each. Ownership starts at $2.2 million, and each home has at least two bedrooms.
There is a single 3,661-square-foot penthouse with six bedrooms and a 1,232-square-foot balcony. PR Newswire notes that no units are identical, and they showcase “the simplicity of Japanese living.”
Condos come with integrated smart home technology, modern cabinetry, and waterfront views. 7918 West Drive will have more than 15,000 square feet of common areas, along with a swimming pool, chef’s kitchen, fitness center, and garden deck. Plans also call for 148 parking spots.
Malaysia-based Pacific & Orient Properties is the developer. It purchased the 33,600-square-foot build site for $8.3 million in 2015. Thornton Residential is the general contractor, and Juan Azulay of MTTR MGMT is the architect.
