Construction started on Renata at Lakewood Ranch in October 2022 in Southwest Florida. The 37-acre development will offer 501 units. It’s part of a larger 33,000-acre master-planned community, unfolding on the last available parcel.
Per the Tampa Bay Business Journal, homes will average around 985 square feet each, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. Apartments.com notes that rent ranges from $2,157 to $2,992 a month.
The complex will offer just over 500 homes.
The units will be divided amongst various four-story buildings. Communal amenities include a dog spa and park, lawn sports, BBQ areas, a golf simulator, a resort-style swimming pool, and more. Renata at Lakewood Ranch will also have 86 attached garages, 80 detached garages, and 42 storage units.
The community will also have five lakes surrounding the apartments, with a wetland area around the property’s northern edge. Renata at Lakewood Ranch will reach full completion in 2024, with some units becoming available by the end of this year.

Ryan Companies and ParkSprings are the two co-developers. Ryan Companies is also acting as the general contractor. PGIM Real Estate is the equity partner, and Wells Fargo offered financing.
