Dezer Development has initiated construction on the Bentley Residences Miami, the first-ever Bentley Motors branded residences worldwide. Situated at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, this 62-story development occupies a 2.37-acre site along the beachfront. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with interiors by Michael Wolk Design, the 749-foot-tall tower is set to house 216 luxury units, with over 40% already sold. The tower’s design reflects Bentley Motors’ distinct elegance and sophistication, showcased through unique glasswork and diamond-shaped panels. Douglas Elliman and Dezer Platinum Realty spearhead the marketing and sales campaigns.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on February 26. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
Units vary significantly in size and price, with west-facing options overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, averaging 5,500 square feet and starting at $5.6 million. East-facing units, offering ocean views, begin at $8.3 million for an average space of 6,100 square feet. The development also boasts a top-floor penthouse spanning an impressive 24,000 square feet, listed at $70 million.
Christophe Georges, president and CEO of Bentley Motors, Inc., expressed satisfaction in reaching a significant milestone with the development of Bentley Residences Miami. He emphasized that the project demonstrates Bentley’s commitment to exceptional design and will offer a living experience that fully embodies the brand’s philosophy.
A distinctive feature of the Bentley Residences is the “Dezervator,” a car elevator system that transports vehicles directly to private garages within each condo. This innovation, first seen in the nearby Porsche Design Tower, allows for a seamless transition from car to condo, emphasizing privacy and luxury.
Dezer mentioned that Bentley adds significant style and elegance to the building, highlighting the exceptional design of the glass and diamond-shaped panels that create a striking appearance.
The Bentley Residences Miami will offer extensive amenities, including a pool, a cigar room, lounges, a game room with simulators, a whiskey bar, spa facilities, a hair salon, a pet spa, and fitness centers. A notable addition is a restaurant managed by chef Todd English, adding a culinary excellence layer to the development.
With a projected completion date in 2027, the development is set to redefine Sunny Isles Beach’s skyline, encapsulating the luxury and design philosophy synonymous with Bentley Motors.

Paris be dammed!
I would NOT live in that thing if you gave it to me. Built for rich idiots.
Stunning. Hopefully everyone will have their polarized sunglasses on when the sun hits at golden hour.
A backroom deal for the glass will surely be made with the Columbians.
Please,I need the accurate address of the sales center in Sunny Isles to register a high end customer in person.
