Crescent Heights Proposes 26-Story Tower for 101, 115, 119, 121 and 125 NE 14th St., Miami, FL

Miami-based Crescent Heights hopes to get approval for a 26-story mixed-used tower west of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The unnamed venture would comprise 184,135 square feet of new construction, offering 280 condos with no on-site parking. The community would offer short-term rentals—an emerging trend in the South Florida market.

Homes would mostly be one-bedroom and two-bedroom layout plans, although there would be some three-bedroom offerings available. Aside from the residential aspect, plans also call for 22,013 square feet of retail which, according to the South Florida Business Journal, would occupy the first three floors.

The venture would require more than 150,000 square feet of new construction.

There would also be 1,502 square feet of retail. As noted, Crescent Heights is the developer. In addition to the unnamed tower, it’s also working on Casa Forma Residences, a 55-story project that’s been in the works since 2018.

RSP Architects designed the 26-story venture. Our sources indicate that the firm presently has eight active projects totaling $1.8 billion. Crescent Heights has filed a pre-application for the project, which would occupy the 0.28-acre site at 101, 115, 119, 121 and 125 NE 14th St., Miami, FL, 33132, in Miami-Dade County. The premises is currently home to a small office building, which could demolished.
