The Rosewood Residences Lido Beach has topped out in Sarasota County. Florida YIMBY first reported on this venture in June 2022. The 11-story tower will feature 65 three-bedroom and four-bedroom units.
St. Petersburg city officials greenlit the expansion of the Miramar Beach Resort on Tuesday. The redevelopment calls for the demolition of two two-story buildings, which will be replaced with a 76-foot-tall tower with 30 rooms. This is a scaled-back plan of the original; in 2021, the developer secured approval for 54 rooms.
GFO Investments through affiliate 14th Street Miami Investments LLC has filed plans for a 32-story tower in Miami-Dade County. The 14 Roc condo would offer 283 fully furnished condos, ranging from 410 to 964 square feet each.
Miami-based Crescent Heights hopes to get approval for a 26-story mixed-used tower west of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The unnamed venture would comprise 184,135 square feet of new construction.
Miami-based developers Terra and Grass River have secured $245 million in permanent financing for Grove Central, a newly completed mixed-use development at 2800 Southwest 27th Terrace in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood. The loan, issued by JP Morgan Chase & Co., will be used to pay off the development’s existing construction loan, provided in 2021 by Apollo Global Management, and fund remaining public infrastructure improvements and upgrades to the adjacent Metrorail station.
