First Standalone Four Seasons Condo Planned for 2699 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL

Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove is slated to be the luxury brand’s first standalone venture in the state, offering “legendary service and experiences outside of a hotel or resort.”

The 20-story tower will offer 70 homes, four of which are penthouses. Our sources indicate that standard floorplans range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom models, measuring 2,000 to 3,980 square feet.

The luxury development will comprise 70 residences.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that most units would be on the larger side and start at around $10 million. The penthouses would range 6,430 to 9,690 square feet, with the two rooftop penthouses featuring a private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Communal amenities at Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove include a sixth-floor pool deck, along with a fitness center, bar, and spa managed by Four Seasons staff. A press release for the multi-million-dollar venture notes that Florentine-based Michele Bönan is the interior designer, while Luis Revuelta is the architect.

The nine-story building (pictured) on the build site will be demolished.

The developers are CMC Group and Fort Partners. Fort Partners in particular has extensive experience developing high-end properties, boasting the completion of three Four Seasons properties in Surfside, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami.

Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove is set to take shape on a 1.16-acre property. It presently hosts a nine-story building that will be demolished to make way for new construction.

Ugo Colombo of CMC Group told media outlets that construction is expected to start within 12 months. Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove’s address is 2699 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL, 33133, in Miami-Dade County.

I remember the existing building being there forever, but as they say , Out with the old and in with the new.
