Two buildings comprising 120 units have opened at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk in Kissimmee. The project offers a unique hotel concept where investors can “become mini franchisees” of the Embassy Suites brand by purchasing units, then having the option of living or vacationing in them. There’s also the option to rent then out through Rentyl.

By the end of this year, Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk will comprise five buildings featuring 317 units. According to the Orlando Business Journal, these studio to two-bedroom condos would measure 514 to 1,252 square feet each, with the cost of ownership starting in the high $300,000s.
The venture offers traditional amenities usually found in hotels, such as a fitness center, evening reception area, swimming pool, and business center. Investors and visitors will also have access to the on-property Oasis Beach Club. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk itself is a 10-minute drive from Walt Disney World Resort and close to Margaritaville Resort Orlando, another of Rentyl’s endeavors.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk is located at 3151 Sunset Walk Drive, Kissimmee, FL, 34747, in Osceola County. It comes on the heels of many evolving properties that offer short-term accommodations to those living or visiting Central Florida.
