Coastal Construction has been selected to lead the pre-construction planning for the next phases of Marina Pointe at Westshore Marina District in Tampa Bay. This three-tower waterfront development, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and developed by BTI Partners, aims to expand upscale residential options in the area. The second tower is planned to begin construction later this year, adding 151  condos ranging from 1,100 to 3,300 square feet. Additionally, seven Harbour Homes, each approximately 3,300 square feet, will be part of this phase. Marina Pointe, situated on a private peninsula, is a key feature of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District, providing residents with easy access to shopping, dining, green trails, boating, and water sports.

Prices for one- to four-bedroom residences at Tower Two will reportedly start in the high six figures and go up to several million dollars. Amenities will include a private full-service marina, 24-hour concierge services, a fitness center, resort-style pools, an entertainment room, and a virtual golf simulator. Residents will also have access to 1.5 miles of urban trails and parks adorned with public art, outdoor lifestyle programming, and water sports. The private marina, situated on a 13-acre deep-water basin, accommodates yachts ranging from 40 to 90 feet in length, with ownership opportunities for private boat slips.

The development’s prime location along Westshore and Gandy Boulevards provides residents with stunning views of Old Tampa Bay. The already completed Tower One features 118 condominiums and seven Harbour Homes, while the upcoming Tower Three will offer units ranging from 1,600 to 3,700 square feet.
