PPG Development and L3C Capital Partners have officially broken ground on Bay Harbor Towers, an eight-story waterfront condominium at 10141 East Bay Harbor Drive in Miami’s Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp, the project offers luxurious living with modern architecture and unparalleled views. The residences’ sales started in late 2023 and reached over 50%, with the remaining units priced from $2.6 million. The development is expected to be completed by 2026; Civic Construction is the general contractor.

On September 18, representatives from PPG, Fortune Development Sales, general contractor Civic Construction, and other city officials gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony. Fortune’s team, including President & CEO Edgardo Defortuna, VP of Sales Carmen Casadella, and VP of Marketing & Communications Jennie King, joined the celebration, highlighting the importance of this development in the region.

The 44 residences at Bay Harbor Towers will feature open-concept floor plans ranging from two to four bedrooms. The units are designed to offer an indoor-outdoor living experience, with floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces providing unobstructed views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. Interiors, designed by Interiors by Steven G., will include oak cabinetry, marble countertops, and high-end appliances, along with luxurious bathrooms featuring sculptural soaking tubs and glass-enclosed showers.
