Havens at Palm Bay, a build-to-rent community in Brevard County, is slated for a 2026 completion. The venture will offer 266 residences, spanning one-bedroom to three-bedroom “single-story casita-style units” with views of a natural lagoon.
According to The Palm Bayer, this design intends to “provide residences with a sense of spaciousness and privacy.” Communal amenities will include self-storage facilities, a dog park, children’s playground, and resort-style swimming pool. Social events and a private social network amongst residents will add an extra layer of exclusivity to the community.
Havens at Palm Bay is a joint venture between Stellar Communities and Adam America Real Estate. Last month, Multi-Housing News reported that a $52.7 million loan has made the project possible. Developers have high hopes for the project, as it’s situated 20 miles away from Florida’s Space Coast. The community itself has easy access to many major shopping centers and other attractions.
Recently, Florida YIMBY reported on another build-to-rent community: Magnolia at Spring Hill. That venture’s scheduled for completion in 2025, offering two- and three-bedroom townhomes averaging 1,144 square feet each. It will also deliver two-bedroom apartments.
Our sources currently do not list a street address for Havens at Palm Bay.
