If you’ve ever been to New York City, you’ve probably heard of the Baccarat Hotel, which is a five-star hotel located adjacent to Central Park. However, visitors won’t have to trek all the way to the Big Apple to stay at one of these hotels for long; Baccarat Hotel & Residences to coming to Miami, FL, in the second quarter of 2024.
The $86 million hotel will comprise three individual towers, each measuring anywhere from 57 to 87 stories high. In total, the tower will feature over 1,400 units both for sale and rent.
The four-acre property is owned by Baccarat Hotel & Residences, which is part of the iconic jeweler and glassware company. The hotel in Miami will be the second hotel in the organization’s destination line. The Related Group is the project’s developer, having purchased the site for $104 million in 2013.
Not only is the hotel intended to serve Miami’s growing tourism industry, but it’s also designed to meet the demand for luxury housing in the area. While site plans are not yet available, if anything like its predecessor in New York, units range anywhere from an entire floor to two bedrooms.
Baccarat Hotel & Residences’ South Florida location is 444 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL, 33131. It will be part of Miami-Dade County.
