Developers WellDuo, Vertical Developments, and GCF Development, together with Italian yacht maker Riva, have unveiled Riva Residenze, marking the launch of the world’s first yacht-branded residential project. The 20-story development includes 36 residences, occupying two parcels with 200 feet of waterfront and a private marina with slips. Sales and marketing for the project, located at 3019 Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale, are managed exclusively by Fortune Development Sales, with prices starting at $3.5 million.

“We are thrilled to partner with Riva to bring the superyacht lifestyle ashore in an unprecedented way,” said Eduardo Palaez, Co-Founder of WellDuo. “Riva Residenze is designed to deliver larger residences while simultaneously offering an exclusive retreat for discerning buyers along the waterfront, embodying the essence of luxury yachting in a residential setting.”

Positioned between the Intracoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale Beach on Harbor Drive, Riva Residenze presents an unparalleled waterfront lifestyle and easy access to Fort Lauderdale’s high-end dining, boutique shopping, and cultural attractions, combining proximity to urban amenities with exclusive coastal living.

“The Aquarama revolutionized the idea of going on holiday, experiencing the sea and above all of being exclusive, establishing a new benchmark for elegance,” commented Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi. “Riva Residenze takes the Brand’s signature aesthetics—combining mahogany, steel, the colour aquamarine and timeless styling—into the luxury living sector. The quality and focus on detail that have made Riva famous are unique and universal characteristics that increase the value and appeal of every living space.”

Designed by Arquitectonica, the architecture brings yacht-inspired elements into residential form, crafting a sleek aesthetic that recalls the elegance of superyachts. Renowned luxury interior designer Giuseppina Arena, who is celebrated for her work in yacht interiors, has been selected to bring Riva’s luxurious design standards into each unit.

The residences, spanning three to six bedrooms and two penthouses, range from 2,000 to 6,000 square feet and feature private elevator foyers, 10- to 14-foot ceiling heights and expansive living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Wellness and relaxation take center stage at Riva Residenze, where residents can access a Techno Gym fitness center, a yoga and pilates studio, and a dedicated wellness center with a lap pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Residents will also find a SkyDeck with ocean and Intracoastal views, a 50-foot infinity pool, and a 3,400-square-foot SkyLounge.

Riva Residenze features an in-house marina with seven yacht slips, including one for arrival and departure. Outdoor spaces are tailored for a water-enthusiast lifestyle, with seating areas, hammocks, and a surf room with storage for water sports equipment.

“We are thrilled to be the exclusive representative of Riva Residenze,” said Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group. “The extensive development expertise of this team inspires us, and we believe this unique project fulfills a significant market demand for yacht-inspired luxury living in the Yachting Capital of the World.”

The lobby, adorned with vertical landscaping and marina views, offers concierge services, including dining reservations, travel assistance, and event planning. An art gallery and Japanese-inspired meditation garden add to the ambiance, while amenities like a resident’s lounge, cinema, and wine room enhance the sense of refined living.

  1. Love this except for the parking garage with weird planters on it. Kind of an eyesore. If it get’s built I hope they execute that better.
