Empira Group, a prominent real estate investment manager, has unveiled updated plans and renderings for The Perrin, a 26-story multifamily development set to rise at 244 Southwest 9th Street in Miami’s fast-growing Brickell neighborhood. Formerly referred to as Empire Brickell, the project marks Empira’s vision for high-quality urban rental housing in one of Miami’s most dynamic districts. Empira acquired the site in April 2023 and anticipates breaking ground in early Q1 2025.
The Perrin will introduce 310 upscale residences, offering a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Amenities are designed to blend hospitality, relaxation, work, and socialization and will include a rooftop Zen garden and tea room, a resort-style pool with cabanas and grilling stations, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a dedicated yoga room, and co-working and entertaining spaces. The project will also feature 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Situated just blocks from Brickell City Centre and numerous restaurants and businesses, The Perrin positions residents at the heart of Miami’s thriving urban core. The development’s location provides easy access to public transit options and major highways, ensuring seamless connectivity to job hubs and leisure destinations.
