Johnston Group Capital Management, Inc., an affiliate of Palm Beach Gardens-based Johnston Group Development & Construction, has announced significant progress on HAVN Residences & Yacht Club in Palm Beach Shores. The 2.5-acre development, comprising five mid-rise buildings, is on track for completion by April 2025, with interior and exterior renovations advancing steadily.
Interior construction has reached key milestones, with 14 residences completed and ready for delivery. Six additional homes are slated for completion by the end of 2024, followed by five more by the end of January. The remaining homes are set for completion by March 2025, reflecting the project’s focus on timely delivery and meticulous craftsmanship.
Enhancements to the common areas are also progressing. Roof replacements across all five buildings are expected to be completed by December 2024. Pool renovations are scheduled to begin in January and finish by March 2025, with newly upgraded pool bathrooms already complete. A remodeled fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art amenities is set to open in April 2025. The parking area will also undergo resealing and striping, which is also planned for April 2025.

Kitchens have custom shaker-style cabinets, Quartz countertops, Sub-Zero® and Wolf® appliances, and wine storage. Primary bathrooms offer frameless showers, double vanities with illuminated mirrors, and soaking tubs in select units.
