Altman, a prominent real estate development firm, has announced the opening of Phase II of Altís Grand Lake Willis, a luxury multifamily community located at 6260 Juniper Pine Way in Orlando’s O-Town West neighborhood. The newly completed phase adds 230 one- to three-bedroom apartments to the community, offering contemporary design and spacious layouts to cater to the growing demand for upscale rental housing.
Phase II builds on the success of Phase I, which introduced 329 apartment homes in 2023 under Altman’s Altman Living platform. The second phase comprises six residential buildings and a stand-alone clubhouse, featuring apartments ranging in size from 707 to 1,248 square feet, with monthly rents starting at $1,750 and reaching up to $2,700.
