Construction is in its final stages on the CenterPointe Apartments, a new 7-story residential building developed by Emerson International at 425 Centerpointe Circle in the CenterPointe Altamonte Springs community. The project will offer 401 residential units along with a 5-level parking garage and is within walking distance of Altamonte Springs’ emerging dining and shopping district.
Recent photos captured during the evening golden hour in Altamonte Springs show that the CenterPointe Apartments are nearly complete. Located on a 4.37-acre site between Centerpointe Circle and Penland Lane, the building features contemporary architecture. Its black and white stucco façade, clean geometric lines, and extended balconies evoke modern minimalism, while the contrast between dark and light elements creates a dynamic, layered look.

Part of Emerson International’s broader master plan for a lakeside community, the building overlooks Crane’s Roost Lake—a feature that connects residents directly with the region’s natural assets, including a nearby 45-acre park. The site’s location provides convenient access to Downtown Orlando, retail, outdoor recreation, and entertainment options, as well as easy highway access to Interstate 4 and the Florida Turnpike.

The project also includes a range of amenities such as a fitness center, clubhouse, cyber cafe, bike room, doggy spa, and a courtyard equipped with a swimming pool, fire pit, and outdoor cooking and dining space. These features are designed to offer a balanced mix of comfort and community for future residents.

FINFROCK is handling multiple roles on the project as the architect, precast concrete manufacturer, and general contractor, reflecting a streamlined approach to this multifamily development. Completion is expected later this year.
