An Ohio-based developer has started construction on a build-to-rent community in Pasco County. Stillwell Pasco Station will comprise 277 residences, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans; each unit will measure no more than 1,300 square feet.
BLDUP reports that: “The residences will be contained in 217 buildings, a mix of one and two story cottages and townhomes with detached garages.” Communal amenities include a swimming pool with cabanas, dog park, fitness center, and more. There will also be a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal shares that Pasco County officials approved the project back in 2022. The first units are expected to come online in early 2026. KTGY designed Stillwell Pasco Station; BBL Building Co. is the general contractor, and Vertical Earth is doing the site work. Coastal Ridge is the developer.
Stillwell Pasco Station is one of many build-to-rent communities unfolding in southwest Florida right now. In October 2024, Florida YIMBY reported on two such ventures: Magnolia at Spring Hill and Summer Pointe Village. They will offer 162 and 454 homes, respectively.
Stillwell Pasco Station will be located on 29 acres, with its address listed as 10950 Old Pasco Road, San Antonio, FL, 33576, in Pasco County.
