Construction has topped off at 600 Miami Worldcenter, a 32-story condominium tower located at 600 NE 1st Avenue within the $6 billion, 27-acre Miami Worldcenter master plan in Downtown Miami. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and developed by Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group, the fully sold-out project will deliver 606 turn-key residences with no rental restrictions and is on track for completion in 2026. According to a press release, the tower’s short-term-rental-friendly format and fully furnished offering have made 600 Miami Worldcenter one of the most sought-after residential properties in Miami’s urban core. OneWorld Properties managed sales for the project, which sold out prior to the start of construction. Interiors are being curated by award-winning Toronto-based firm The Design Agency. Residences will range from 407-square-foot studios to 830-square-foot two-bedroom layouts, originally priced from the $400,000s, and will feature floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive balconies, custom Italian cabinetry, high-end appliances, and thoughtfully designed furnishings.

“This milestone is a testament to the market demand for flexible ownership options in the heart of Miami,” said Nitin Motwani, Co-Managing Partner of Merrimac Ventures. “600 Miami Worldcenter represents the right product, at the right price, in the right location – and topping off brings us one step closer to delivering a new way to live and invest in Downtown Miami.”

The tower joins a growing wave of residential development within Miami Worldcenter, the second-largest urban development in the United States after Hudson Yards in New York. The 10-block district integrates residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment components, and sits adjacent to Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, offering high-speed rail connections throughout South Florida and Orlando.
Within Miami Worldcenter, Merrimac Ventures is also delivering The Crosby, a sold-out 450-unit condominium with no rental restrictions, and Flow House, a 40-story, 466-unit tower developed in partnership with Adam Neumann’s Flow, both expected to complete later this year. With 600 Miami Worldcenter adding another 606 residences, Merrimac’s projects will contribute more than 1,500 new homes to the district. Aria Development Group’s nearby portfolio includes YOTEL Miami and 501 First, both fully sold-out residential towers built on the same flexible rental model.
