Pulte Homes is preparing to break ground on The Domaine at SoSo, a boutique townhome community planned for West Palm Beach’s SoSo District. The 1.5-acre site is located near Southern Boulevard and Dixie Highway and will yield 30 three-story residences.
The development will feature homes ranging from 1,933 to 2,043 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and two- or three-car garages. Each townhome follows a New Urbanism design, with front doors and porches oriented toward the street, while a landscaped internal road will provide rear access. Prices are expected to start in the low $900,000s.
The project will include a gated layout with tropical landscaping and a central courtyard. The surrounding area offers walkable access to South Dixie Highway’s “Antique Row” and proximity to the Intracoastal Waterway. The community is also located near downtown West Palm Beach, Brightline’s West Palm Beach station, Palm Beach International Airport, and I-95.
“The Domaine at SoSo will offer the benefits of ownership without the maintenance demands of older residences in the surrounding neighborhood,” said Brent Baker, PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division President. “And, as SoSo continues to rise in popularity, buyers will enjoy more lifestyle, dining and entertainment choices.”
Residents will have access to several recreational spaces including nearby Phipps Park, which features baseball fields, green areas, a playground, and a skate park. Families will be served by a range of local private and public schools, including the Alexander Dreyfoos Junior School of the Arts.
Construction and sales are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
