Two developers hope to move forward with a luxury housing project that would replace part of a shopping center in Wilton Manors.
The unnamed venture would comprise 82 luxury residences in two five-story buildings. Homes would span about 700 to 1,485 square feet, although three outliers will measure 2,371 to 2,515 square feet.
Future residents would have access to various on-site amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and club room. In addition to the more than 116,000 square feet of residences, plans also call for 14,733 square feet of retail and 3,850 square feet of restaurant space.

Stiles Corp. and New Urban Communities are the developers. Stiles purchased the shopping center for $27.63 million in December 2024. 2262 Wilton Drive Owner LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based Grass River Property and Terra, was the seller. Stiles previously owned the shopping center from 2004 to 2007. The shopping center was constructed in the 1950s and later updated in the mid-1980s.
Stiles will build the retail aspect; New Urban Communities will build the residential aspect. ARC4 Design is the architect, and Cotleur & Hearing is the planning firm. Wilton Manors’ Development Review Committee will consider plans for the 82-unit development on Tuesday. It’s slated for 2262 Wilton Dr, Wilton Manors, FL, 33305, in Broward County.
