Related Group and BH Group have unveiled a collection of nine penthouses at the forthcoming W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences, a 24-story condo-hotel spanning four acres of prime beachfront property in Pompano Beach, Florida. Developed in partnership with Marriott International, the project represents one of the first co-located W Hotel & Residences in the Western Hemisphere and marks a significant addition to South Florida’s expanding portfolio of residential developments.

Designed by Nichols Architects in collaboration with KORA, the tower introduces a contemporary architectural profile to the waterfront, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape design by Enea Landscape.
Occupying the uppermost floors of the tower, the nine penthouses form a distinct residential tier defined by expansive layouts, panoramic ocean views, and a strong emphasis on indoor-outdoor living. Floor plans range from approximately 3,250 to more than 6,200 square feet, with ceiling heights reaching up to 11 feet and full-width terraces oriented east to west. Three premier penthouses crown the building, each featuring a private rooftop terrace of up to 2,800 square feet, complete with pools, climate-controlled lounges, and outdoor kitchens. Pricing for the penthouse collection ranges from $6.5 million to over $15 million, placing it among the most exclusive residential offerings in the Pompano Beach market.

Additional components include expansive balconies, dens, powder rooms, walk-in laundry areas, and spa-inspired primary bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, Kohler fixtures, and ocean-facing layouts.
Residents also unlock the full W Hotels experience, allowing them the privacy of beachfront homes with the social energy of the five-star W brand. Highlights include a 60,000-square-foot beach club-inspired WET® Deck, private cabanas, pickleball and padel courts, a waterfront pool and jacuzzi, W’s Signature Living Room, a speakeasy-style lounge, the FIT® fitness center, and the AWAY® Spa. As of November 2025, buyers may also combine adjacent studios, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom suites through connecting doors, offering additional flexibility across select layouts.
