Developers Fortune International Group and Oak Capital announce the launch the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Pompano Beach, a two-tower luxury property planned to be constructed at 1380 South Ocean Boulevard, also known as Highway A1A. The development offers a unique living experience with both a 117-unit oceanfront Beach Tower facing the Atlantic Ocean and an 88-unit waterfront Marina Tower positioned along the Intracoastal Waterway with a private resident marina. Both buildings are designed by Revuelta Architecture International, and will feature meticulously curated interiors and lush landscape design by world-renowned designer Piero Lissoni.
Set to revolutionize luxury living from sunrise to sunset, the highly-amenitized property is the first ever to offer two distinct towers: Beach Tower on the pristine sands of Pompano Beach to the east and Marina Tower with an intracoastal experience and private marina to the west. The combined collection of 205 residences will be complemented by legendary Ritz-Carlton service. The tallest of the two, Beach Tower, will rise 32-stories with 250 feet of ocean frontage on 2.25 acres of land. The tower offers 88 residences with sunset views, including four penthouses, which range in size from one to four bedrooms, spanning 917 to 3,947 square feet. Although different in form and height, both structures sport a similar façade of continuous balconies wrapped in transparent glass and aluminum guard rails, with floor-to-ceiling window walls and smooth stucco finishes.
