The Construction Journal reports that Arbor Landing Mill Bayou is undergoing construction in Bay County, FL. The $40 million project will finish in the second quarter of 2022.
The community comprises two- to three-story buildings, featuring 462 units. The units range from one- to three-bedroom layout plans. Realtor.com reports that they measure 940 to 1,610 square feet each. Each layout plan features its own plant-inspired name, such as the Honeysuckle (a one-bedroom unit) and the Royal Fern (a three-bedroom unit).

Apartments come with nine-foot-high ceilings, carpeted flooring, and breakfast bars. Bottom-floor apartments come with patios, while upper-story units come with balconies. The pet-friendly community also features a swimming pool and children’s playground. Communal amenities include a clubhouse, business center, and gated access.
Rent information is not publicly available, but interested parties can request information via the community’s website. Rentcafe.com notes that the average rent for a 974-square-foot apartment in Panama City costs $1,218 a month. Arbor Landing Mill Bayou may feature similar pricing options.

Arbor Properties Development, Inc. owns the feature. The Florida-based organization partnered with Arbor Construction, LLC, the general contractor. Panhandle Engineering, Inc. is the civil engineer.
