Related Group and Integra Investments have announced plans for The St. Regis Residences, Miami, a residential development comprised of two luxury condominium towers at 1809 Brickell Avenue in Brickell, Miami’s Financial District. The two-tower property is designed by renown New York City-based architecture firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects, and will feature lavish interiors by Rockwell Group. The pair of glass structures are expected to rise 47 and 48 stories and yield 354 bespoke residences, ranging from a 1,300-square-foot one-bedroom to a 7,000-square-foot duplex, with prices starting at $2,000,000.
The towers will offer an everyday ‘St. Regis’ hotel-inspired living experience, complete with historic five-star service. Owners will enjoy lifestyle offerings worthy of the legendary St. Regis name, boasting over 55,000sf amenity areas – from an indoor lap pool to the iconic St. Regis Tea Room – as well as the brand’s signature Butler service and curated assortment of iconic rituals. Never-ending views of Biscayne Bay’s turquoise waters, rounds out the picture-perfect package.
“Miami is truly coming into its own and Brickell is at its epicenter,” says Jon Paul Pérez, President at Related. “Much like the first St. Regis hotel solidified New York City as the global hub for culture, commerce and society 100+ years ago, our plans for this property cement Brickell as an international metropolis for a new era of connoisseurs.”
“Miami has reached a new level of prestige, solidifying its position as one of the world’s most desirable places to live, work and play,” said Nelson Stabile, Principal at Integra. “Given the insatiable demand for top-tier residential product, we feel the market is ready for a bespoke building of this caliber—a masterpiece with an elevated lifestyle experience that only the iconic St. Regis brand can deliver. We are sparing no expense to make this the definitive Miami address.”
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts has set the standard for glamour and sophistication for more than a century. The original St. Regis New York City property, which opened in 1904, has long been a destination among the world’s elite, including cultural icons such as Andy Warhol, Salvador Dalí and Marilyn Monroe. With its new Miami entry, St. Regis continues its legacy of being at the bleeding-edge of luxury and culture.
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive sales and marketing partner. The developers expect a $2 billion sell out with demand consistently rising in Miami. Construction may begin some time in 2022.
