Vertical construction at One Park Sarasota is approaching completion, with structural work now reaching Level 17 of the 18-story luxury condominium tower rising at 20 N Lemon Avenue in Sarasota’s Downtown Waterfront District. The project, designed by Sarasota-based Hoyt Architects, is being developed by Property Markets Group in partnership with MoneyShow, with Juneau Construction overseeing construction.
Recent aerial photos show the reinforced concrete superstructure advancing through the uppermost levels of the tower, placing One Park Sarasota in the final stages of vertical construction. Crews continue progressing upward while maintaining schedule milestones, with the building now positioned just short of structural completion.

Building enclosure is also moving forward. Window installation is ongoing through Level 8, providing weather protection for lower floors and allowing interior work to advance in parallel with exterior construction. Interior layout activities are underway throughout the structure, including unit demising, corridor configuration, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.

At grade, the slab-on-grade concrete pour for the project’s townhome component has been completed, marking a key foundational step for that portion of the development.
One Park Sarasota officially broke ground in early October 2024, with the primary foundation pour completed in April 2025. Completion of the project is currently anticipated in the second quarter of 2027.
Located within The Quay district, One Park Sarasota will deliver 86 condominium residences across 18 stories, along with more than 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The tower is positioned along Sarasota Bay near The Bay Park, contributing to the continued buildout of high-rise residential development along Sarasota’s downtown waterfront.
