Developer OAG Investment 8 LLC has filed plans for a multi-family housing development in Palm Beach County.
The mid-rise Lake Worth West Apartments would feature 181 homes, with layouts including one-bedroom and two-bedroom models. Ricardo Hernandez of OAG told the South Florida Business Journal that the building would be “an efficient, modern design [with] a relatively affordable rent.” In Greenacres, the average cost of a 758-square-foot apartment is currently $1,966 monthly, according to RentCafé.

Depending on the source, Lake Worth West Apartments would measure five or four stories above grade. Communal amenities would include a dog park, children’s playground, and game room. SD Collaborative is the architect. As noted, OAG Investment 8 LLC is the developer.
For Lake Worth West Apartments to proceed, the firm must get a rezoning approval from “general commercial” to “urban infill.” The firm also has the 3.57-acre site under contract from its current owners, Modwash LLC and Luca Land LLC – and it’s currently working on Lake Worth Station, a 91-unit development planned for completion later this year.
Lake Worth West Apartments is slated for 4650 S Military Trl, Greenacres, Florida, 33463, in Palm Beach County. The site is largely undeveloped and offers easy access to I-95.
