Construction has reached completion and a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for Una Residences, a 47-story waterfront condominium tower at 175 SE 25th Road in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The project was developed by OKO Group and Cain and designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture. The issuance of the TCO by the City of Miami allows the development team to commence unit closings and resident move-ins.

Rising along the South Brickell shoreline, the tower introduces 129 condominium residences to a stretch of waterfront that has not seen a newly delivered condominium project in more than a decade. The building’s sculptural massing and yacht-inspired profile are oriented to capture views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne, and the Downtown Miami skyline. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and expansive terraces define the exterior envelope, maximizing exposure to the surrounding waterfront context.

More than 90 percent of the residences were sold prior to completion. This includes two tri-level penthouses that each traded for $17.75 million, ranking among the highest recorded condominium sales in the Brickell submarket. Remaining inventory is priced from $6.2 million to $10.8 million.

“Reaching this stage reflects years of intention behind every element of the building,” said Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of OKO Group, and Jonathan Goldstein, CEO of Cain, in a joint statement. “From its yacht-inspired architecture and design to its prime waterfront setting and curated amenity offerings, Una delivers a residential experience that reshapes expectations of luxury waterfront living in one of Miami’s most vibrant neighborhoods.”

Residential layouts range from two- to five-bedroom configurations measuring approximately 1,100 to 4,786 square feet. The two tri-level penthouses span roughly 7,089 square feet of interior space and include an additional 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop areas. Each penthouse is equipped with dual private pools, a summer kitchen, sauna, and steam room.

The amenity program includes three swimming pools with poolside services, a children’s splash pad and playroom, a media lounge, a spa with steam room facilities, and a fitness center with yoga and personal training areas. Residents also have access to daily house car service and other hospitality-oriented offerings.

Una Residences joins a growing portfolio of high-profile projects by OKO Group and Cain in Miami and beyond. The partnership previously delivered 830 Brickell, a Class A office tower in the Brickell Financial District. Separately, OKO Group is advancing Aman Miami Beach, which will include a restored Art Deco hotel and a new oceanfront residential tower designed by Kengo Kuma. On the West Coast, the joint venture is developing One Beverly Hills, a 17.5-acre master planned project incorporating Aman Beverly Hills, botanical gardens, and improvements to the Waldorf Astoria and Beverly Hilton hotels.
