Construction is progressing on ONE Tampa, a 42-story residential tower rising at 507 North Ashley Drive in Downtown Tampa. Developed by Kolter Urban and designed by Adache Group Architects, the will yield 225 condominium residences with layouts ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, including configurations with dens. Residences are expected to span approximately 1,100 to 4,000 square feet, with upper levels reserved for estate-sized homes and penthouses. The tower will feature floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces across all units, along with a two-level amenity program and interiors designed by ID & Design International that includes a social club room, wellness center, pet-friendly spaces, and workspace areas. Moss Construction is serving as the general contractor. Completion is anticipated in 2027.
Recent aerial photographs show the reinforced concrete superstructure has surpassed the midpoint of the tower’s planned height, with approximately 25 floors poured and formwork in place for the 26th level at the time of the images. Crews are in the process of framing out the fenestration with CMU block infill, while glazing installation has begun on the lower residential levels above the podium. Interior framing is also well underway across multiple floors.

With the superstructure now past the halfway point and enclosure work beginning to take shape along the lower levels, ONE Tampa is entering a more advanced stage of vertical construction. The transition from structural framing to exterior buildout is becoming increasingly visible as the tower continues to rise within Downtown Tampa’s central business district. The project remains on pace for a topping out later this year, followed by continued façade installation and interior work ahead of its anticipated 2027 completion.
