Ribbon Cutting Held for Verve Luxury Apartment Homes in Wesley Chapel

The Collier Companies celebrated the ribbon-cutting of Verve Luxury Apartment Homes on Tuesday, March 24, alongside the North Tampa Bay Chamber, marking the official debut of the fully completed 360-home luxury community in the heart of Wesley Chapel. The property is now open and actively leasing.

The ceremony brought together chamber representatives, local business leaders, community partners, and The Collier Companies’ leadership team, including Founder & Chairman Nathan S. Collier and CEO Jennifer Clince, to commemorate the milestone.
