Developer Plans to Break Ground on ‘The Motor Enclave Sarasota’ at 7045 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota, FL

Developer Brad Oleshansky has launched plans for the much-anticipated sequel to The Motor Enclave Tampa.

The Motor Enclave Sarasota is a luxury endeavor that would cost $20 million to complete. Upon its grand opening, it would feature 59 garage condos spread across five low-rise buildings. Units would measure about 380 to 3,336 square feet, although owners would have the ability to combine units (meaning that some units would span 25,000 square feet).

Owners would not only have access to the various on-site amenities, but they would also have access to the amenities at The Motor Enclave Tampa, which is located about an hour north. In comparison, The Motor Enclave Tampa is much larger, occupying 200 acres and costing $150 million to complete. The Sarasota version will occupy just 4.8 acres and cost $20 million.

Presently, The Motor Enclave Sarasota is in its pre-sales phase. Units are expected to range from $400,000 to $1.3 million. Oleshansky intends to break ground on the venture this June and have it finished by summer 2027. 3 Point Construction and Development is the general contractor.

The Motor Enclave Sarasota is planned for 7045 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota, FL, 34243, in Sarasota County.
