Construction has started on an affordable housing community dedicated to supporting veterans in Palm Springs. It’s called Village of Valor, and it’s set to occupy a 4.67-acre site.
The community will feature two four-story buildings, offering a combined 54 units. Of those residences, 26 would be two-bedroom models and 28 would be three-bedroom layouts.
Residency would be available to tenants earning within 30 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). As of April 2025, the City of Wellington reported that Palm Beach County’s median income was $111,800. By these parameters, a one-person household could earn within $24,550 to $65,450 a year to qualify.

Renderings show that the homes would face a large water feature, and residents would have access to various on-site amenities, including but not limited to a swimming pool. Additionally, FaithHopeLove Charity would have 10,000 square feet of space reserved for on-site vocational training and additional support services. FaithHopeLove Charity is a Palm Springs-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans who struggle with housing insecurity.
American Platinum Builders is managing the construction aspect. Turnstone Development Corp. and the Palm Beach County Housing authority are the developers. Construction was made possible with the security of a $25 million construction loan, with financing stemming from multiple sources.
Village of Valor is set for 2701 Second Ave. N, Palm Springs, Florida, in Palm Beach County.
