Olivette has topped out in Tampa’s emerging Gasworx project. The 10-story venture, billed as the tallest building in Gasworx, will feature a total of 376 apartments, along with 29,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residents and visitors to Olivette would have access to 481 covered parking spots; the two seventh-story amenity courtyards would be exclusive to residents.

Kettler is developing Olivette. The firm partnered with Darryl Shaw and PPF Real Estate on the high-rise project. Our sources share that vertical construction started on Olivette last year. Moss Construction is the general contractor; the firm intends to have Olivette completed by October 2027, but construction could end earlier.

Olivette is just one aspect of Gasworx’s evolving second phase. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that two other emerging features include a six-story office building and the conversion of a warehouse into a vibrant marketplace. Olivette’s design team includes S9 Architecture, Smallwood, and Bandura.

Florida YIMBY has been reporting on the mixed-use Gasworx since the project’s inception. Our reports include comprehensive coverage of Gasworx’s second phase itself, along with news about the previously mentioned office building that will accompany Olivette.

Construction continues on Olivette at 1401 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL, 33605, in Hillsborough County.
