As it stands, Elemi at Grove Village is a 46-unit rental community located in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood. The venture initially broke ground in 2023 and was completed two years later in 2025.
Now, our sources have shared that the second phase of Elemi at Grove Village is slated to go vertical. The luxury five-story development will bring 27 residences to the area; specifically, each home will comprise two floors, featuring an array of one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans. Like its predecessor, the second phase would be market-rate apartments.

Communal amenities at Elemi at Grove Village Phase Two would include a fitness center, swimming pool, and co-working space. In addition to the residential aspect, the newest phase would also feature 3,111 square feet of ground-floor retail, most of which will likely be cafes.
Silver Bluff Development and Abbhi Capital are the developers. The pair purchased part of the project’s build site for a combined $4.4 million in 2021 and 2022. Moss Construction is the general contractor, and Arquitectonica is the architect. At its highest point, Elemi at Grove Village Phase Two would measure 60 feet.
The 27-unit expansion will be located at 3384 Grand Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33133, in Miami-Dade County.
