Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge is a $162 million venture that will wrap up construction in May 2022. The project’s conception began back in 2018, per the Construction Journal. Plans are underway for a 60-unit assisted living/memory care facility, as well as 175 residential units. In total, the development will require 21,000 square feet of new construction.

It’s owned by Vicar’s Landing and was designed by RLPS Architects––Reese, Lower, Patrick & Scott Ltd. This is Vicar’s Landing’s only active venture and among RLPS Architects’ 24 active ventures.
Per Vicar Landing’s website, the units are known as cottages and flats. The smallest available units are 2/2s that measure about 1,400 square feet. The largest models are 2,200 square feet and feature two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Some floorplans show garages, balconies, and patios.

There’s a lot of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a communal clubhouse. The landscaped residence rests alongside a body of water along which residents can take leisurely strolls. The development itself is in a residential area.
In terms of proximity, Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge will be located in St. Johns County, a short drive away from the Atlantic coast. Its physical location is 1000 Vicar’s Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, 32082.
