With the first phase of Soleste Palm Station under construction, developer Estate Cos. is moving forward with the venture’s second phase.

Soleste Palm Station Two is set to measure 15 stories above grade and feature 310 apartments; while the second phase will be taller than its predecessor (which measures eight stories above grade), the two feature about the same number of units.

Residences at Soleste Palm Station Two would include what it calls “micro units” and standard units. The micro units would be studios measuring 377 to 465 square feet, while the larger apartments would include one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, measuring 586 to 1,180 square feet.

Residents at Soleste Palm Station Two would have access to 8,200 square feet of indoor amenities, along with a 2,200-square-foot rooftop lounge. Other features include a swimming pool, fitness center, and co-working space.

As noted, Miami-based Estate Cos. is the developer. The firm is working with BC Architects and Craven Thompson & Associates to make the venture possible. West Palm Beach’s Plans & Plats Review Committee will review their proposal for Soleste Palm Station Two on May 14th.

If approved, it would be located at 411 W Railroad Ave, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401, in Palm Beach County.
