A 2.6-acre site is slated for an “auto condo” in West Palm Beach.

Palm Beach Auto Haus will measure two stories and feature 20 private car storage units. Each unit will come outfitted with private mezzanines, high-end finishings, and state-of-the-art security systems.

In addition to offering secure storage space for ultra-luxury vehicles, members will have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including padel courts, co-working space, and a racing studio. In total, the venture will span approximately 111,637 square feet of new construction and replace a bowling alley.

PB Vaults Development LLC is the developer. The firm is an affiliate of Miami-based Newgard Group; it currently has the site under contract from its current owner. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the site was previously slated for a self-storage facility, but those plans never took place.

Palm Beach Auto Haus isn’t the only project of its kind unfolding in the South Florida region. In September 2025, Florida YIMBY reported on Revault Miami, another venture spearheaded by Newgard Development Group. The two-building development will host 16 2,500-square-foot car studios; construction is anticipated to start by the end of this year.

Palm Beach Auto Haus is slated for 2500 N Florida Mango Rd, West Palm Beach, FL, 33409, in Palm Beach County.
