Details have emerged regarding Revault Miami, an upscale car collector community that blends luxury living with climate-controlled storage. The project is being spearheaded by Miami-based Newgard Development Group, the firm behind projects like the Standard Residences Brickell and Natiivo.

Spanning 65,000 square feet in two buildings, Revault Miami aims to deliver a curated community centered around residents’ love of automotives. Sources emphasize the project is “more than storage” but instead a state-of-the-art living space unlike any in Miami’s Little River neighborhood.

Key features of the development include private, customizable garages with 22-foot-high ceilings, with space for up to nine vehicles per unit. This will be made possible with the help of a vehicle stacker.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, Revault Miami will also feature a private, second-floor padel club with four courts, lounges, steam rooms, and other spa-inspired amenities. Construction on Revault Miami is anticipated to start in 2026, with the entire process expected to take about 12 months. Urban Robot Associates is the architect and interior designer.

As noted, Miami-based Newgard Development Group is the developer. The firm assembled the 1.3-acre site in two separate transactions for $8.15 million. Our sources list Revault Miami’s address as 7400 and 7410 NE Miami Ct., Miami, Florida, 33138, in Miami-Dade County.
