We’re honored to partner with Housing Trust Group in bringing this transformative vision to life.”

Construction began in June 2025 following a groundbreaking ceremony attended by Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, Commissioner Keon Hardemon, Commissioner Christine King, and Housing Trust Group President and CEO Matthew Rieger, among other local leaders.
