MMG Equity Partners is moving forward with what will be considered the hub of Kendall Town Center in Miami-Dade County.
The Shops at Kendall Town Center will occupy 5.1 acres of Kendall Town Center’s larger 70-acre site. Upon completion, the venture will include about 36,000 square feet of retail space and 4,321 square feet of outdoor terrace space.
Pinecrest-based MMG Equity Partners has the build site under contact from its current owner, KTC SW 88th St, LLC. The firms intend to close on the deal later this year and commence construction in early 2027. At the time of publication, no tenants were announced for The Shops at Kendall Town Center; yet, rent currently spans $65 to $70 per square foot.

As noted, The Shops at Kendall Town Center is part of an evolving mixed-use project that’s set to include medical offices, educational facilities, and hotel rooms. Additionally, there are two evolving residential ventures led by developers Trammell Crow Residential and AvalonBay Communities. Their developments are set to feature 576 and 224 units, respectively.
The Shops at Kendall Town Center is slated for the intersection of North Kendall Drive and Southwest 158th Avenue in Miami-Dade County.
